No matter what you’re imagining, chances are it’s not even close to what these requests were
A sex worker who also creates custom content has shared that many of the oddest things she’s been asked to do don’t actually involve anything sexual at all.
Alix Lynx, who has worked in the adult industry for more than a decade, says she’s carved out a unique and unexpected niche for herself in the online world.
She specializes in personalized videos for her fans. And while people might assume they’re explicit, a lot of the time they end up being much tamer—or just plain strange—than expected.
The 35-year-old opened up about some of the custom videos she’s created. And even though some of them might sound unusual or quirky, they don’t really have any sexual element to them at all.
In an interview with news.com.au, Lynx shed light on what her job actually involves. She emphasized that some of the most specific and downright bizarre requests she receives are not what people usually think of when they hear “sex work.”

According to Lynx, for many of her clients, it’s really all about living out a fantasy. And surprisingly, that fantasy often doesn’t involve nudity at all. In fact, some clients don’t even want her to remove any clothing.
She said: “I once did a 20-minute custom video just measuring my nose. I wasn’t even naked.”
“They don’t care about the nudity. It is about the thing.”
“I have had ballooning requests, a fetish where I had a guy send me balloons that are literally the size of a rocking chair, and I blew them all up in my living room, and I bounced on them, and that’s it. There’s no explicit content.”
Lynx shared that she puts in a lot of effort to make sure her custom videos meet expectations. To bring her clients’ visions to life, she has gone as far as hiring professional directors, booking makeup artists, and even renting out spaces to film the content just the way the customer imagined it.
She continued: “From armpit shots and muscle flexing to feet and niche outfit combinations. I truly consider what I do as art, and it’s honestly probably the most personal, intimate thing you could request from someone.”
Alix offers a range of payment plans but the custom videos don’t exactly come cheap

“It’s so unique that it’s almost irreplaceable. You can’t really put a price on that kind of experience.”
When it comes to pricing, Lynx admitted that her services aren’t cheap. However, she firmly believes that the experience she provides is worth the cost for those who want a fantasy turned into reality.
She usually charges anywhere between $700 and $2500 for a five-minute custom video. But of course, the final price really depends on how specific or unique the request is.
She added: “I’ve been in this business a long time. I know what feels aligned, what feels right, like I’m not undercharging, but I’m also not overcharging. I genuinely spend time getting quiet with myself and reflecting before setting those numbers.”
“I upcharge for a lot of different things depending on how complex or niche the request.”
